Chocolate Shortbread 

Ingredients:

• 250g plain flour
• 50g cacao powder
• 150g caster sugar
• 200g butter
• Pinch of baking soda

Method

Mix all ingredients together, roll 5cm roll using clingfilm, chill for 20 min, slice in 5mm wheels, bake in oven on parchment paper 160C for 20-25 min. cool down, dust with sugar,
