I have over 20 years of culinary experience, I started my journey at the age of 15 with a professional chef college. As a young chef I was gaining my experience and skills from older colleagues.
In 2002 I put my skills to the test, I went to prove myself at Master classes for professional chefs in Kurt Scheller Academy - one of the top chef academies in Europe.
At the end of 2002 I moved to England and I worked in high class restaurants and hotels in Leamington Spa, Cotswold and Oxfordshire.
Over many years of hard and creative work, I have been awarded Cherwell Chef of the Year 2005 award and at the same time my restaurant got a Golden award as well.
Through-out the years I was working harder to achieve multiple rosette awards as a Head Chef ,but personally for me, as a person and a chef, it’s important to work with good ethos and good values .
I’m always looking to challenge myself on new projects and offer my customers the best of my skills and to serve ingredients in the most tasty way. I never stop looking for new and better ingredients on my culinary journey.
To this day I’m still looking for new culinary art to express myself.
